Come and See part 4

by Bill and Terri

The fourth Seal

When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.

Revelation 6:7-8

In the physical, as the famine of the third seal is spreading throughout the earth, the Lord has revealed that part of this seal will include a contagious illness, a stomach flu, which is one thing that is indicated by the word pale. You think Corona was bad. Corona was just satan's anesthesia, to make this illness seem unrelated to the end times seals.

The illness of the fourth seal will take many lives. In fact, ¼ of all the people on the earth will die as a result of the four things mentioned here: sword, hunger, death from this contagious illness, and the beasts of the earth.

However, while there will be actual, physical famines, wars, and attacks from wild animals on earth, that is not all of what is causing a loss of ¼ of earth's population. A lot is happening in the spiritual that is leading to death, as well. One form of spiritual death comes through hunger. The dearth of spiritual truth is causing a famine for spiritual food. There is a banquet of words, but no richness, no nutrition. This is the plague of the pale horse. When you have no food you go pale. Likewise, people are dying from a lack of spiritual nutrition.

This rider also kills with words (the sword) again. Only these words (lies) bring an absence of God. He’s given words of death which cause people to become severed from the truth. There will be many lies and false prophets to spread them. The sword in this verse is the word of the enemy, bringing words of hell and death, which separate people from God and lead them into darkness.

Take note once again, because in that judgment begins with the household of God, we will see many, many professing and true Christians die during this seal period. The faithful ones who lose their lives in this process are spoken of in the next seal: The martyrs.
